Lucas Athletic Events vs. Neal are Cancelled for Today September, 16, 2024

Lucas Soccer, Volleyball and Cross Country are cancelled today (9/16) due to the impending weather. If you have purchased tickets, the tickets will be honored when the game is rescheduled.

Sports Registration

All Leopard athletes must register online and have a current physical.  You can find this information at www.dpsathleticzone.com/lucas .  Click on ATHLETIC REGISTRATION at the top.  You will find online registration and all of the forms that you need for your physical.  The physical must be printed and turned in at Lucas Middle prior to tryouts. EmergeOrtho does offer Sport Physicals at any of their local Orthopedic Urgent Care locations for $25.  This service is offered year-round and is available at several locations with extended evening hours and weekends

Physicals are good for 1 year and one month from the date of the examination. 

Rising 7^th and 8^th  Grade students have to meet academic and attendance guidelines:

• Must have passed 5 out of 6 classes in the Spring of 2024
• Missed less than 13 days in the Spring of 2024
